RECIPE FOR:
Canned Tuna and Bean Salad
Ingredients:
450g can cannellini beans, drained
1/2 medium sized red onion, thinly sliced
Salt
185g can SIRENA TUNA in Spring water or Oil

Extra virgin olive oil
Red wine vinegar, or balsamic vinegar
Cracked pepper
Chopped Parsley |
Method
1. Place the beans and onion into a serving bowl, sprinkle with salt, and
toss.
2. Drain tuna and add to serving bowl, breaking it into large
chunks.
3. Coat well in oil, add vinegar, pepper and chopped parsley.
4. Toss thoroughly, season to taste and serve immediately.
