Ingredients: 4 orange roughy
fillets (approximately 1 ½ lbs)
2 tbsp of melted butter
2 tbsp of lemon juice
Method Place fillets in
microwave dish with thickest parts to outside edges of dish.
Brush with melted butter and lemon juice.
Cover with damp paper towel or plastic film.
Cook on medium-high allowing two to four minutes for each eight
oz.
