Frozen Half Shell Oysters (ready to eat or cook)
All oysters processed by Cameron of Tasmania are processed in export standard Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service approved facilities.  These processing facilities are close to air, sea and road freight terminals.

Frozen half shell oysters are currently sold in quantities of 540 dozen, 1080 dozen and 1680 dozen pallet lots.  the oysters are packed 10 dozen to a carton.

Live in the Shell Oysters
We harvest fresh live oysters three times a week so that we can optimise deliveries to our customers

Our live in the shell oysters are packed on site at Eagle Hawk Neck.  We utilise ISO 9002 accredited freight companies from Hobart who use dedicated vehicles to transport the product to the market in a reliable, timely and efficient manner.

Every shipment of oysters can be graded to size as requested by customers.  Our flexible approach ensures that we can tailor packing and packaging to suit any customers needs.

If you happen to be an oyster farmer yourself, we operate Tasmania's second largest oyster hatchery and can supply quality oyster seed from 3mm to 8mm to oyster growers in Tasmania, South Australia and overseas.
